This bag can hold 1 road inner tube (700) + 2 tyre levers, + 1 multi-tool and + 2 x 16g CO2 cartridges.

Is this bag 100% watertight?

No. Even if the fabric is completely waterproof, water can still enter through the zip.
In very wet conditions, we recommend using a mudguard to limit the spray of water onto the saddle bag from the rear wheel.
