At Decathlon we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction. To all our customers, we allow up to 90 days of exchanges in the right condition (with proof of payment and purchase for customers without membershp programs), subject to the below conditions and exclusions.

Exchange policy exclusions

We cannot accept exchange of:

  • Products that have been used, are unclean or are not in their original packaging;
  • Products that are damaged on purpose or not properly maintained;
  • Products used outside of their intended means or not in accordance with their instructions (including products used for commercial purposes);
  • Products subject to normal wear and tear;
  • Personalised products;
  • Perishable products such as food and drink, gas canisters and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) due to health and safety reasons.
  • If you're returning an item, the shipping cost is on you, unless it is a Decathlon order fulflment error.

    Please note: We don’t offer refunds, but we’ll give you a credit note to use in full during your visit when the exchange is made
