Tired of unrolling endless extension cords to power your exercise bike? We have the answer with our self-powered exercise bikes. This bike has a motorisation system that is powered by the energy produced when you pedal. You can train wherever you like while saving energy.
How connected is your exercise bike?
It's not so motivating to stare at the wall as you ride! To pump up your workouts, this exercise bike can be connected to our free E-Connected app or to Kinomap.
- With E-Connected: set time, distance, or calorie goals, define your own programme, and track your progress.
- With Kinomap and its realistic settings: ride at your own pace or in competition mode, alone or with the Kinomap community.
- Also share your workouts on Strava, Fitbit or Garmin
What is the Bluetooth connection used for on the EB520 B connected exercise bike?
The console of this exercise bike is connected via FTMS. This new Bluetooth FITNESS MACHINE SERVICE protocol is for controlling exercise equipment. You can also automatically control resistance through the console or a connected app. On Kinomap, for example, the resistance increases when you get to a climb. So the descent will naturally then be easier!

Some watches use a so-called closed protocol and cannot connect to our cardio equipment if they are not compatible with FTMS profiles; this information should be checked in the manufacturer's instructions.

What is the benefit of the flywheel on your connected exercise bike?
The pedalling smoothness is largely determined by the weight of the flywheel. The heavier the flywheel, the smoother the pedalling. This exercise bike has a 6 kg flywheel, which is placed in the protective housing. With a high-quality belt and bearings, this bike is truly ideal for the greatest comfort during regular use.
Is the EB520 B exercise bike comfortable?
To appreciate a workout on your exercise bike, you need to have a comfortable seat.
For your comfort, we have included a wide, soft gel saddle. The saddle and handlebars are height-adjustable for a custom fit. This bike is also compatible with all B'twin saddles.
Its low, straight frame makes it easier to get onto the bike. The ergonomics were designed to allow for an upright posture, to protect your back.

This exercise bike has been tested and approved for users measuring between 1.50 m and 1.90 m, and weighing up to 130 kg.
It is designed for regular use of up to 5 hours per week.
Is this exercise bike easy to assemble and move?
It will only take around 50 minutes to assemble this exercise bike.
To make the job easier, it is pre-assembled and comes with all the tools you need for assembly. You'll be guided through each step by our user guide and a video that we have specially created for you.

Test product
This exercise bike has undergone a durability test. The test includes forceful movements applied to the pedals and the saddle. The idea was to repeat left-right alternating movements to represent a user's weight and movement. This bike was thus approved for a use of 5 hours a week for 4 years for a 110 kg user.
