    Position your bike so that it does not move and is at the correct height, as if on a bike stand.Using a pedal wrench (ref:8938257), remove your pedals.Please note that the left pedal is unscrewed clockwise and the right pedal is unscrewed anticlockwise.

    How do I fit these bicycle pedals?

    Each pair includes a left pedal (marked with an L or a mark) and a right pedal (marked with an R or no mark).If in doubt, check the packaging.Apply grease (Ref:8874174) to the pedal thread to prevent seizing.Use a pedal wrench (Ref:8938257) to screw in:
    Right pedal (R):Screw clockwise.
    Left pedal (L):Screw anticlockwise.
