What is parkour?
Parkour is an acrobatic sports training method that involves getting from A to B as efficiently as possible, using the various obstacles of the urban or natural landscape to form your route. No blockbuster action movie would be complete without a parkour-style chase scene!
How have we created our parkour outfit?
In collaboration with several experienced traceurs, we've put together a range of essential parkour products to accompany your parkour journey that respect the look and values of the discipline.
Who are our parkour products for?
Our products can be worn by beginners and experts alike, including real pros.
Our products start at size XS - suitable for kids around the age of 12 or 13 (> 151 cm) - and go up to 2XL.
They can be worn by men or women.
They're not exclusive to parkour and can also be worn as casualwear or for other sports.
So how safe is parkour?
Safety is a priority when doing parkour. All the moves in parkour are carefully planned.
There are strict rules to follow and a great deal of thought goes into choosing the right spots.
No movement is ever performed without training and weighing up the risks.
That's why parkour's motto is “Etre et Durer”.
Etre (French for "to be") refers to being yourself.
Durer is all about maintaining the skills you learned during childhood. And doing them safely so you don't get injured.
