Choosing the right size ankle support

Measure your ankle circumference 5 cm above the ankle bones. Then match the measured value with the following size chart:Size 1: 20 - 22 cm
    Size 2: 22 - 23.5 cm
    Size 3: 23.5 - 25 cm
    Size 4: 25 - 26.5 cm

It's important to choose an ankle support adapted to your shape for maximum efficiency and stability. An ankle support that is too stiff or soft will not give you the support you need and can restrict your movements.

Why and when should you wear this ankle support?

The ankles are an important joint. They help our balance and support our weight.A lot of strain can be placed on them in impact sports especially.

This ankle supports and stabilises your ankle during sport.Easy to put on and tighten, just follow the line marked on the knit.A strap enables you to adjust to the desired degree of reinforcement. The ventilated fabric adapted to the shape of the ankle will guarantee optimal comfort.
