    What does the 30 kg resistance level refer to?

    The resistance level indicates the strength you need to apply to stretch the band. For example, a 30 kg resistance band means that it would take 30 kg of weight to stretch it to twice its initial length. The harder you pull, the greater the resistance and the harder you'll work your muscles! This measurement lets you choose the resistance you need based on your fitness level and exercises. This means you can adapt the difficulty to your goals!
