    What does the resistance of a strength band mean?

    The 20 kg resistance corresponds to the force you would need to apply to stretch the band to 200% of its length (i.e. double it). The harder you pull, the higher the tension and the harder your muscles work! This moderate level of resistance gives you a good balance between varying your exercises and hitting new heights. You can adjust the intensity based on your needs at the time so that you'll carry on training effectively.

    There are a few good habits that will keep your strength training band in great condition:
    - Don't use it in the swimming pool: we haven't tested its resistance to chlorine.
    - Store it somewhere that's neither too hot nor too cold, that's out of direct sunlight and where the temperature won't change too dramatically.
    - Avoid using it against rough or sharp surfaces.
