How to choose your gymnastics outfit

Advice from the product manager: to get the most out of your gymnastics training session, the perfect outfit consists of a sleeveless leotard, tank top or crop top, and a pair of shorts or leggings. This combo leaves you free to move, which is a must for doing your gymnastics elements smoothly and precisely. Picking the right clothing means you can focus fully on your movements, without worrying about what you're wearing.
