    How to care for your mat

    After a sports session where you put your feet, hands and head on your mat, it's important to wash your mat.
    Simply use soapy water and a small cloth.
    Leave to dry in the open air, ideally out of direct sunlight.

    The first few times you use your mat you may notice an odour, but don't worry, it will disappear over time.

    We recommend storing your mat in a clean, dry place away from heat sources (radiators, heated floors, sunny windows, etc.) and lacquered or varnished surfaces.
