How to care for your mat

After a sports session where you put your feet, hands and head on your mat, it's important to wash your mat.
Simply use soapy water and a small cloth.
Leave to dry in the open air, ideally out of direct sunlight.

The first few times you use your mat you may notice an odour, but don't worry, it will disappear over time.

Is this pilates mat right for you

If you're looking for a mat for pilates or gentle gym, you need one that's thick and comfortable. With its 15 mm thickness, this mat fits the bill. Barefoot on your mat, you'll feel like you're walking on a cushion, and you'll enjoy great comfort in all your postures on the floor. Your joints will thank you!
If you want to do strength training, choose a thinner mat like our tone mats.
