WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE A T-SHIRT MADE OF A SYNTHETIC FABRIC FOR RUNNING?
Perspiration is a natural reaction that occurs when it is hot and when you are making a physical effort.
Do not wear cotton T-shirts because, rather than transferring moisture outwards and drying quickly, cotton absorbs body moisture and rapidly cools down the skin. By choosing a T-shirt made of a synthetic material, you will feel more comfortable during your session, regardless of the duration.
How to keep your running T-shirt in good condition for as long as possible
When you find a good item of essentials for running, you want to hold onto it as long as you can.For this, it's essential to wash it correctly.
- Wash it with other T-shirts and not with clothes that have metallic parts (zips, buttons, etc.)
- Put it through a mild cycle (30°) with just the right amount of washing powder
- Avoid drying it in a dryer or exposed to the sun: UV rays cause discolouring and damage the fabric
