How do you choose the right size for your mouthguard?
To determine the correct size mouthguard for you, use a ruler or measuring tape.
If the distance between your upper canines is under 37 mm, you should use a size M.
If it is greater than 37 mm, we recommend a size L!
Don't forget that you need to mould your mouthguard before your first use.
How to adapt the mouthguard to your teeth
To protect you effectively, this mouthguard needs to fit your teeth perfectly.
It can therefore be thermoformed after being immersed in water at 100 degrees for 35 seconds.
This operation should be carried out before the first use.
It is essential to follow the moulding steps detailed in the product leaflet.
Its bi-material composition (EVA/SEBS) makes it easier to mould, which helps to shape the mouthguard.
Instructions for use
We recommend always wearing a mouthguard during training and matches, to avoid injury.
To get the optimal shape when you mould it, soak it in boiling water for exactly the right amount of time. This time will be indicated in the user guide. It can vary from model to model. Watch the video tutorial to find out how to mould your mouthguard.
To guarantee good protection, your mouthguard should stay in place when you open your mouth.
Restrictions on use for the mouthguard
This mouthguard is not suitable for wearers of dental devices (braces in particular).
