A RESPONSIBLY DESIGNED STRAP
Textile dyeing is a process that uses a lot of water and produces wastewater from the dye baths. We've therefore chosen to dope dye our strap, which means adding the pigment when we make the thread itself.
The component of this strap is made from recycled plastic buckles.
WHAT IS THE RIGHT SIZE AND THICKNESS FOR YOUR MAT?
Because a comfortable mat only adds to your motivation, we suggest paying close attention when choosing the thickness of your mat. If you're doing a gentle activity in bare feet, opt for a mat that is at least 10 mm thick, with a soft, spongy texture. If you're doing dynamic strength training exercises, 7 mm is thick enough. The length is also important. For example, for Pilates or strength training, opt for a mat that is at least as long as you are tall.
