    What is the filling inside this bag?

    The 100 punching bag comes filled with fabric offcuts. This makes good use of waste from clothing manufacturing.
    It's covered with a polyester fabric.

    How to hang your 100 punching bag

    You have several options for hanging up your punching bag:
    - A ceiling hook: a specific fixing for hanging your bag from the ceiling.
    - A wall bracket: perfect for attaching it to a wall.
    - A freestanding base: a bracket that doesn't need to be fixed to anything, but does need to be weighed down.
    The 100 punching bag has been designed to be fixed to a punching bag bracket.
    They are attached by very robust reinforced straps and a snap hook for maximum safety.

    How to properly punch a punching bag

    When full, the bag measures 76 cm, and will bulge at the top or bottom depending on the filling.
    The straps attached to the bag are 31 cm long, measured vertically from top to bottom, and can't be adjusted
    In total, the bag is 105 cm (when hung from a ceiling hook, measured from top to bottom).
