    With its 500 ml bottle, your EVADICT belt allows you to train without hindering your movements! Indeed, 500 mL of hydration is enough for one hour of running on average. This provides the simple lightweight equipment you need to enjoy your training sessions and short outings.

    How to adjust your flask holder trail running hydration belt

    So that it fits your body shape better, the flask holder belt is available in two sizes: XS/S/M and L/XL/XXL.
    In order to get your belt on and adjust it, there are 2 Velcro straps on the sides: This allows you to adjust your belt while running in a single step.
    Finally, your belt is worn on the hips, i.e. "low on the waist"! This prevents it from swaying when running.
