    If you're between 1.60 and 1.80 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, then size 2 (65 cm diameter) is perfect for you.
    The ball weighs 2 kg.

    How to correctly inflate this ball

    To inflate your ball correctly, you'll need:
    - a pump (ref: 8214626 or 8490986)
    - a tape measure for measuring the ball

    Your ball is correctly inflated if:
    - it is no bigger than its maximum diameter (65 cm for size 2)
    - your knees are at hip height when you sit on the ball.

    We recommend storing your Swiss ball in a clean, dry place at room temperature, away from heat sources (radiators, underfloor heating, sunny windows) and lacquered or varnished surfaces, etc.

First up, we perform a compression test that involves compressing the ball more than 100,000 times with a 195 kg weight; we then perform a static compression test in which a 325 kg weight is placed on the ball.
