| How do you switch from a SMALL single ball to a double ball? |
Nothing could be easier. Just pull on the two parts of the single ball until you hear the "click" in order to transform it into a double ball! |
| How do you choose between the single or double mode? |
In the single mode, it can be used to massage a specific tense or painful area, e.g. a trigger point. In double mode, it can be used to massage a wider area, e.g. the muscles along the backbone or the carves. |
