    You're familiar with the basic exercises and the fundamentals of Pilates.
    So now you can intensify and diversify your workouts with a weighted ball.

    The heavier the weight, the more intense the exercise will be.
    This is why we recommend starting out with the 450g ball
    In Pilates, quality is more important than quantity
