    The wide 0.8 cm PVC rope guarantees optimal abrasion resistance on most types of flooring.
    The wood handles and steel rotation system provide exceptional robustness.

    ADJUSTING THE ROPE

    You can adjust the length of the rope by following these three steps:

    1/ Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, unscrew the black screws under the ends of the rotation systems.
    2/ Cut the rope based on your height (measure the rope with your hands on your shoulders).
    3/ Screw the black screws securely back in, checking that they strongly pinch the rope.
