    WHY GET AN EXERCISE BIKE?

    Provides a complete workout which:
    - gradually get back in shape
    - works your heart, thereby increasing your endurance
    - tones the lower body muscles
The World Heath Organisation recommends committing to a moderate intensity endurance activity for at least 2.5 hours per week to improve your cardiorespiratory endurance, your muscular and bone structure, and overall health.

    Flywheel and smooth pedalling

The heavier the flywheel, the smoother and more pleasant the stepping motion!

    THE CONSOLE, YOUR VIRTUAL COACH

The Essential exercise bike's console displays 4 functions: Time, distance, speed and calories burnt.
These functions can help you reach your goals and track your training level. This console works with batteries, which allows you to work out anywhere easily.

TIPS FOR PROPERLY ADJUSTING YOUR BIKE

Adjusting the height of the seat is important to ensure that you maintain a healthy posture while pedalling. Stand next to the bike and adjust the seat to the height of your hip.

TIPS FOR ADJUSTING THE STABILITY ON YOUR BIKE

For optimal comfort, we recommend using specific floor pads under your bike (DF 920 floor pads). These foam pads will help to: optimise the stability of the bike when in use, reduce vibrations and noise and protect your floor.

Domyos exercise bikes have two stabilisers at the back of the base to ensure perfect stability during your workouts, regardless of the type of flooring.

Repairing means making it last. To make this happen, we identified the most common breakages to build in practical solutions right from the design stage: easier disassembly and available spare parts. Our goal: empowering you to fix your gear instead of replacing it.

    Long lasting

    Reparability

Product designed to be repairable on more than 80% of breakages and failures.

Repairability is the ability to offer a solution in the event of product breakage or failure. The repairability of a product is defined according to 4 criteria: - the availability of instructions on how to repair the product for customers, - the possibility of disassembling the product, - the availability of spare parts, - the price of the repair is lower than purchasing a new product. Our goal is to cover any possible known break or repair possibility a product might have. We think about the life span of a product from the design stage, to ensure that it lasts as long as possible.
