| How can I relax on an acupressure mat? |
The acupressure mat is extremely easy to use - on the floor, on a sofa or on a bed. Once installed on your chosen surface, just lie down on the mat and begin your acupressure session. There's nothing else to do! The spikes will do it all! Do the spikes hurt? A short adaptation time is necessary, which is why we recommend starting with short sessions (5 to 10 minutes) and wearing clothes the first few times. |
