Easy adjustments for effective workouts

Once you've set up your Training Station 900, the main thing you need to adjust is the backrest for doing leg raises. This will depend on your height. The rest of the equipment is accessible via the steps, with no need for adjustment.
The adjustable glides on the underside of your Roman chair allow it to adapt to uneven floors.

Can the Roman Chair be set up outdoors?
No, it is not designed for outdoor use. The Roman Chair Training Station 900 is made of metal, which is not treated against moisture or UV rays. If you store your chair outside or in a damp place, it will rust, which could lead to breakage. It will no longer be safe to use.

The Roman chair can be used for a wide range of exercises: dips, pull-ups (vary the holds:neutral pronation or supination to diversify the stimuli), leg raise and inverted rowing.
- Pull-ups 3×3 (weighted)
- Pull-ups (weightless with elastic or bodyweight) 3×8
- Inverted rowing on the Roman chair 3x maximum reps
- Single-arm dumbbell row 3×12/side
- Dumbbell biceps 3×12
Keep a margin of 2 reps and recover for about 90 seconds between 2 exercises.
