    How to use the roll-on massage tool?

    Use the roll-on massage tool after sport or for relaxation.
    Hand-held, it enables you to massage your muscles, contractures ("knot") and trigger points.
    To optimise the effects, we recommend that you spend at least 5 minutes massaging each muscle group.
    You can massage yourself right after your sports session, that evening, or even the following day. And you can also indulge when you haven't done any sport!
