    This massage cream can be used after exercise or in daily life. It aids the work of the massage and makes it more enjoyable. To enjoy its benefits, simply apply the cream to the area to be massaged. The cream quickly transforms into an oil for easy application. After a workout, we recommend a massage of at least 5 minutes to relax your muscles.

    What are the properties of the essential oils?

    Arnica relieves pain and muscle tension.

    Rosemary is anti-bacterial.
