What should you do if your handgrip starts to squeak?
It is possible, and perfectly normal, that your handgrip starts to squeak after being used a lot. Newer versions of the product should not do this, but if you bought yours before 2023, it may happen.
All you need to do is apply some WD40 and that should solve the problem!
Our coach's advice on how to use it
It is important to warm up and increase the load gradually. Contrary to popular belief, holding the handgrip in the closed position works best, rather than doing a large number of repetitions.
