    Why use a rowing machine?

Rowing is an effective full-body activity

    It combines:
    - cardiovascular work to support your heart and improve endurance.
    - toning and strengthening movements for muscles over your entire body. It works the shoulders, arms, back and abs as well as the thighs and the calves.

Rowing is the perfect complement to your favourite sport to keep you in shape and push your limits!

    FLYWHEEL WEIGHT

The heavier the flywheel, the smoother and more pleasant the rowing motion.

    THE CONSOLE AND ITS DISPLAY

To guide you through your workouts, the console on the Domyos 120 rowing machine includes 6 functions:
    1. Stroke rate (count/min)
    2. Distance covered (km or miles)
    3. Calorie expenditure (Kcal)
    4. Workout time (MM:ss)
    5. Number of strokes (count)

Repairing means making it last. To make this happen, we identified the most common breakages to build in practical solutions right from the design stage: easier disassembly and available spare parts. Our goal: empowering you to fix your gear instead of replacing it.

    Long lasting

    Reparability

Product designed to be repairable on more than 80% of breakages and failures.

Repairability is the ability to offer a solution in the event of product breakage or failure. The repairability of a product is defined according to 4 criteria: - the availability of instructions on how to repair the product for customers, - the possibility of disassembling the product, - the availability of spare parts, - the price of the repair is lower than purchasing a new product. Our goal is to cover any possible known break or repair possibility a product might have. We think about the life span of a product from the design stage, to ensure that it lasts as long as possible.
