TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
Choosing an inner tube:
To maintain your bike properly, it's important to know the exact dimensions of your tyres.This information appears on the tyre sidewall (diameter and width).For example, 26x2.35 means that the tyre is 26 inches in diameter and 2.35 inches wide.
On the tyre sidewall you will also find the dimensions in mm in ETRTO international units.
For example, 50-559 means that the tyre is 50 mm wide with a 559 mm internal diameter (approx. 26x2.00).
To remove your inner tube, the tools you'll need are:

Checks to make before installing an inner tube:
Before you set off, take a minute to check your tyres, remove any foreign bodies and check the rim tape and rim.
How to change an inner tube:
To avoid pinching during assembly, watch our video, inflate the inner tube slightly, insert the valve and carefully position the tube in the rim.
Fitting a tyre:
Start mounting the tyre at the valve.
Finish mounting the tyre opposite the valve to avoid pinching the inner tube.
Never mount your tyre with a tool or a tyre lever, as you risk pinching and puncturing the inner tube.
Inflating a tyre:
Check the pressure on the sidewall of the tyre.During inflation, check that the rim is properly fitted.
Pro advice:
Proper inflation protects you from pinch punctures and improves pedalling efficiency.
