Dimensions and resistance of the 45 kg elastic band

This band is 1.04 m long
- The band is 28.5 mm wide
- It provides a resistance of 45 kg, meaning that you need to apply a 45 kg force to stretch it to 200% of its size.

Using the 45 kg band safely

Always check the condition of your band before starting your workout. If you see cuts or white areas, do not use it, as it could break during an exercise.
If you are using it to reduce weight on a pull-up bar, always check the attachment point to ensure that it doesn't come off during your exercise.

How to choose your weight training band

Our elastic bands have different colours depending on their level of resistance:
Blue:5kg // Green: 15 kg // Yellow: 25 kg // Orange: 35 kg // Red: 45 kg // Black: 60 kg

Are you just starting weight training? Start with a band with light resistance, such as 5 or 15 kg, and then gradually increase.
If you're using an elastic to help with pull-ups, choose a higher resistance. The greater the resistance, the more it'll help you.

This 45 kg band can help you more easily complete pull-ups on a bar (ref.: 8385106) or a rack (ref.: 8651534).
It can lighten your load on a dip bar (ref.: 8584544) and provide security when starting on an ab wheel (ref.: 8660093).
The greater the band's resistance, the more it'll help you.

Proper storage of your 45 kg resistance band

This band is made to last, and you'll optimise its life span by following a few storage tips.
- Store it in a room with a constant temperature (avoid the boot of your car, which is very cold in winter and very hot in summer).
- As its chlorine resistance has not been tested, we do not recommend using it in a pool.
- If you are attaching the band to a support, always check that it isn't abrasive or sharp.

- Front squat with band 3-4Ă—12-15 reps
- Deadlift with band 3-4Ă—8-12 reps
- Jumping lunges 3-4Ă—16-20 reps

Start with the minimum number of reps and a 2 rep margin, then increase your reps each week.
